Michelle takes me through leaving the US, moving to Costa Rica to launch a food truck.  "The Salty Pineapple" or La Pina Salina happened to be only the 4th food truck in the whole country - and she hates to cook.  Oh, and then when project was hitting the wall, she found out by accident that her husband was preparing to divorce her.  She takes me through the difference between giving up and giving in.
